Who is obliged to submit the complaint to electrical workshop?
The owners of plants fueled by renewable sources of power above 20 kW that consume a portion of electricity produced by the plant (Circular 17 / D of 28 May 2007 Customs Agency).

The subjects required by art. 53, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the consolidated excise approved by legislative decree October 26, 1995, n. 504, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "text only"), must submit a declaration of annual consumption, under that Article. 53; the person referred to 'art. 53-bis shall be required to provide data relating to electricity produced and fed into a transmission or distribution, or the summary data of the electricity transported, by submitting an annual summary.

The model of the declaration (and the IT procedure for compilation and submission of the declaration) is intended to be useful both to the communication of consumption data, the liquidation of the debt, the determination of the equalization rate of deposit, by the parties responsible, that the only reporting of electricity produced or transported, by persons not required, kept sending the summary declaration.

This activity consists of:
• Sign electronically with the Customs Department (if not already done so)
• Recovery readings electricity produced / sold
• Drafting of the Declaration of Electricity Consumption
• Sending electronic Declaration at the Customs Agency
