The SunGuard wants to be, not only a reliable and suitable for any photovoltaic system, but above all a comprehensive service that meets all types of customer needs.

The maintenance of SunGuard System
To achieve this, we constantly monitored the datalogger SunGuard Box, on which we intervene remotely to carry out maintenance and software updates.
The SunGuard system is a centralized Web application that is implemented consistently with new features and enhancements, both in terms of the usability of the application that its look and feel.
Any optimization made to the system is automatically available to all connected users.
It also made a constant maintenance activity on the entire system SunGuard Server to maintain this service more efficient and active.


Technical Support
We believe that a monitoring system should have a technical support always available and ready to provide any kind of technical support, both for the installation of the system hardware for its use.
We therefore organized a technical support service consists of a dedicated staff to solve any kind of problem in the immediate time and follow the customer using the software SunGuard.
System maintenance and technical support service has an annual fee that differs according to the peak power plant (maintenance fee and technical assistance).
The technical support is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:30.

Cost of service
The cost of maintenance service and technical support is different depending on the kilowattaggio each facility:

    from 0 to 3 kWp (SG-WEB-0-3);
    from 1.3 to 10 kWp (SG-WEB-4-10);
    from 10.01 to 20 kWp (WEB-SG-11-19);
    from 20.01 to 50 kWp (WEB-SG-20-50);
    from 50.01 to 100 kWp (WEB-SG-51-100);
    from 100.01 to 200 kWp (SG-101-WEB-200);
    from 200.01 to 500 kWp (SG-201-WEB-500);
    from 500.01 to 750 kWp (SG-501-WEB-750);
    from 751.01 to 1000 kWp (SG-751-WEB-1000);
    over 1000.01 kWp (SG-WEB-1000 +).
